Q: How long does shipping usually take? And can I use a PO.Box as shipping address?

All products sent by express. Free shipping to some countries. Usually, it ships by DHL. We will process your order within 24 hours after payment confirmed（except holidays）.

Q: How many bundles will I need to do my head?

For a full look, we suggest 3 bundles for length shorter than 18 inches. 4 bundles or 3 bundles with a closure/frontal for longer hair.

Q: Which size is your wig cap(Circumference)? Can I have a large size / small size?

All of stock is standard medium 22.5 inch. And it has adjustable straps to fixes your head perfectly. Normally it can match the head of most people. If you have a very large / small head, you can leave a note in your order for that, but it needs $10 fee for the additional service,only for lace front wig and 360 lace wig (we will send you an invoice for the $10), and it needs extra 3-4 more days to be shipped out.  Note- Large Size:23.5inch/Small Size:21.5inch

Q:Can the lace match my skin tone?

We have Medium Brown lace and Transparent lace in stock.The both of lace are Swiss Lace. The Swiss lace that we choose can match most skin tones,It will be more natural. You don't have to worry about it looking unnatural.

Q:How to measure the hair?

1. The length of straight hair wig should be measured by the length from the head spin to the longest hair at the bottom.
2. The length of wavy hair wig needs to be stretched to straight to measure the length.

Q: Do all the hair come in 1b or can I get a #2?

We only have the color #1b( natural color ) in stock, if you want other colors, please send us an email: info@hjweavebeautyhair.com and provide a picture of the color you want. Normally, we provide coloring service for some colors.

Q: What type of hair care products should I use?

1. Use good shampoo and hair conditioner to care the hair. It’s important to keep the hair soft and shiny.

2. You could use gel or spray styling products to keep the hair style.

3. Olive oil will be a good choice to keep the hair healthy.

NOTE: If your hair is colored, we recommend to go for a shampoo specifically designed for color treated hair. Check the product's pH level and ensure that it is between 4.5-5.5 to prevent color from fading.

Q: Can I exchange/cancel my order?

Yes! but you need to contact us within 24 hours via Email (Before Shipped). If not, it will be charged a  processing fee.

Q: Do I need to pay the tax?

Usually you do not need to pay taxes, but if your country's customs is more stringent, you will be charged a certain amount of duties. We usually try to avoid tariffs for you as a low-declared invoice with parcels, however, it is not 100%. You will need to pay the duties if the custom still charges customs duties.

Q: How do I return my order? And how much will i get refund if i return the parcel already received ?  Who pay for the the return charge ?

Please email us at info@hjweavebeautyhair.com and send your order number and request. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address.

NOTE:

1. The return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from.Pls contact us before you return.
2. Return and exchange are only available with 30 days of the date that you receive the hairs.
3. For the reasons that dislike the items or exchange, buyers should be pay for the return shipping fee.
4. After items inspected and confirmed as acceptable returns, a full refund will be provided.Please allow financial institution 3-4 business days to process the refund.All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund.
